How the lift actually works.
-
Full length, not a heel block: It runs the whole footbed and tapers from heel to toe, so you stand on a graded slope instead of pitching forward off a wedge under your heel.
-
Cut to your size, not a size range: Trim lines are moulded into the underside. Cut along yours and it sits flat in your own shoes, front to back.
-
The height we publish is the height you keep: We list what you stand at once your bodyweight has compressed the cushion, not what the insole measures on a shelf.
-
Deepest shoes hide the most: Trainers, boots and high-tops swallow the full 3.5 inches. In a low-cut shoe, 2 inches and under is the range that stays quiet.
Match the lift to the shoe.
Deeper shoes hide more. Here is what each one takes.

The real number, published
We tell you how much height survives once your bodyweight compresses the cushion. Nobody else in this category does.
Built to go unnoticed
Every tier lists the shoes it actually disappears in, so you never buy a lift your shoes cannot hide.
Trim to your exact size
Printed size lines run along the underside. Cut along yours for an exact fit. Fits US men's 4-9.5 / women's 5.5-11.
30-day walk-in-them guarantee
Wear them. Actually walk in them. Not right? Full refund within 30 days, worn and all.
Why we're different
The number on the box is not the number you stand at.
Air-cushion lifts compress the moment you put your weight on them. Everyone in this category advertises the uncompressed height. We think that's why people feel cheated when the parcel arrives.
What everyone advertises
3.5"
The height of the insole sitting on a table, with nothing pressing down on it. Technically true. Not the number you care about.
What you stand at
Measured
Less, and how much less depends on your weight and how firm your shoe's sole is. We're measuring every tier and publishing the real figures with the test conditions.
We won't print a precise compressed number we haven't measured ourselves. Any brand quoting one without saying how they tested it, at what bodyweight, in what shoe, is guessing at you.
Which lift height is right for you?
Concealment depends on the shoe, not just the lift. Tell us what you wear and we'll show you what fits.

The offer
Most people buy two pairs.
Not because we push it, but because nobody moves an insole between shoes every morning. One pair per pair of shoes you actually wear.
Honest comparison
Where we win, and where we don't.
If two-day delivery is what matters most to you, a marketplace listing will serve you better. We'd rather say so here than have you find out after you order.

Before you buy
The questions people actually ask us, answered straight.
Will anyone be able to tell I'm wearing them?
That depends far more on your shoe than on the lift. A 1.2 in lift disappears in almost anything, including low-cut sneakers and dress shoes. A 3.5 in lift needs a boot or high-top to stay hidden. This is exactly why our height selector asks what you wear before it recommends a tier, instead of just selling you the tallest one.
What sizes do these fit?
US men's 4 to 9.5, or US women's 5.5 to 11 (EUR 36-43 / 225-270 mm). Printed size lines run along the underside -- cut along the one matching your size and they fit exactly.
If you wear US men's 10 or larger, these will not fit you. We would rather lose the sale than take the return. We are working on sourcing a larger size range and will list it when we have it.
How much height will I actually gain?
Slightly less than the number on the box, and we would rather say so now than have you find out later. Air-cushion lifts compress under bodyweight, so a portion of the height is lost the moment you stand up. How much depends on your weight and how firm your shoe's own sole is.
Will my shoes still fit?
They will be tighter. A lift takes up volume inside the shoe, and that is unavoidable at any brand. Most people solve it with thinner socks. If you are going to 2.75 in or above, or your shoes already fit snugly, going up a half size solves it completely.
Are they comfortable enough to wear all day?
At 1.2 in and 2 in, most people forget they are there after a few days. Above that you are changing the angle of your foot meaningfully, and there is a real adjustment period. Build up over a week rather than wearing 3.5 in lifts for a full day immediately.
Will they slide around inside my shoe?
The base is non-slip, which handles most of it. But heel slippage between your heel and the back of the shoe is a genuine issue with any lift, at any brand, and it gets worse the taller you go. If you are buying 2.75 in or above, add heel grips. We would rather sell you a two-dollar fix than take a return.
Are height insoles bad for your feet or back?
For most people, worn sensibly, no. But we are not going to pretend there is nothing to think about: any lift shifts load toward the forefoot and changes your gait slightly, and taller lifts do it more. Start lower than you think you need, build up gradually, and use arch support. If you have existing foot, knee or back problems, or you are considering lifts for a leg length difference, talk to a podiatrist first. We sell comfort products, not medical devices, and we cannot diagnose or treat anything.
How long does shipping take?
Typically 13 to 19 days. We ship from our supply partner, and we would rather put that number on the product page than bury it at checkout and disappoint you. If you need them for a specific date, order with that window in mind.
What if they don't work for me?
You have 30 days, and you do not have to keep them unopened to qualify. Wear them, walk in them, wear them to work. If they are not comfortable, not concealed, or not what you expected, contact us and we will refund you.
